<br />„~ <br />1205.02 Uses Permitted <br />Three types of Hi-Rise developments permitted in North <br />Olmsted, as set forth in Section 1141.08 are: <br />'~ Class A Hi-Rise - Residential <br />Class B Hi-Rise - Business Office and Professional <br />Class C Si-Rise - Residential <br />,~ No other form of develo~edd land use shall be permitted in any <br />of the cones classified as such upon the Map which is part of this <br />~` Ordinance, but Class B Hi-Rise is permitted in Mixed Use areas. <br />1205.03 Develoument Plans <br />,~ Plans shall be submitted and development proceedings had <br />in accordance with the requirements and procedures provided in <br />Chapter 1204. <br />1205.04 Lot Area Rectuirements <br />(A) Class A - Residential. Lot area <br />to meet the minimum requirements <br />1205.05 - 1205.10 and applicable <br />requirements of Section 1205.11, <br />1205.08(x.} and 1205.10(8) do not <br />shall be sufficient <br />set forth in Sections <br />miscellaneous <br />except that Sections <br />apply. <br />(B) Class B - Business Office and Prof®ssional. Same as <br />Class A as applicable, except that Sections 1205.06 <br />and 1205.09 do not apply. <br />(C) Class C - Residential. Lot area shall be sufficient <br />to meet the minimum requirements set forth in Sections <br />1205.05 - 1205.10 and applicable miscellaneous <br />requirements of Section 1205.11, except that Sections <br />1205.08(A) and 1205.10 (A) do not apply. <br />Minimum lot width for all classes shall be 120 feet. <br />`~ 1205.05 Maximum Area of Lot Covered by Buildinra. <br />The maximum aroa of the parcel to be occupied by the building <br />'~' or structure shall not exceed thirty (30) per cent of the gross <br />land area.
