<br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES
<br />ONLY THE CARPENTER RESUBDIVISION IN THE CITY
<br />OF NORTH OLMSTED.
<br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Carpenter Resubdivision was approved.
<br />by the Planning Commission on Septembet 9, 1975, and referred to
<br />Council; and,
<br />WHEREAS, said Resubdivision includes the combination of three
<br />(3) parcels; namely, Permanent Parcel Nos. 235-14-103, 235-14-104,
<br />and 235-14-105 into two (2) parcels located on Decker Road between
<br />Southern Avenue and Midvale Avenue; and,
<br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as
<br />being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City
<br />of North Olmsted, Ohio;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised. of the approval
<br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of the Carpenter Resubdivision,
<br />and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the
<br />requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only.
<br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in
<br />force fr//om~~ a_~nd after the earliest period allowed by law.
