:~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 -,,~Q~ <br />BY: y <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION FOR <br />THE SECRETARY TO THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Council previously established the compen- <br />sation for the secretary to the Civil Service Commission <br />at $150.00 per month by virtue of the passage of Ordinance No. <br />68-187; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to increase the <br />compensation of the secretary to the Civil Service Commission <br />from $150.00 per month to $200.00 per month. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, A1~U STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the compensation to be paid to the secre- <br />tary of the Civil Service Commission shall be $200.00 per month <br />payable monthly. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed <br />to forward a copy of this ordinance to the Finance Department <br />and Civil Service Commission. <br />SECTION 3: That all other ordinances or resolutions or <br />parts of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent with the provi- <br />sions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the effective <br />date of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period. allowed, by law. <br />PASSED : ~~..2r..~..,,~,,.~,,,._. ? ,L,Q.2~ <br />ATTEST: , <br />NORA T.
