GOGGIN <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION MARCIE <br />LANE, PINE CIRCLE, LUSANDRA CIRCLE, MARY KAY <br />CIRCLE, LAURELL LANE, AND MARQUETTE BOULEVARD <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that <br />all of the improvements shown on the improvement plans for Marcie <br />Lane, Pine Circle, Lusandra Circle, Mary Kay Circle, Laurell Lane, <br />and Marquette Boulevard, previously approved by this Council, have <br />been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />the following streets or portions of streets designated herein: <br />Marcie Lane, 548 feet centerline distance from its easterly <br />intersection with Dover Road. to its westerly intersection with <br />Laurell Lane; <br />Pine Circle, 383 feet centerline distance from its northerly <br />intersection with Edgepark Drive to its southerly intersection with <br />Marquette Boulevard; <br />Lusandra Circle, 414 feet centerline distance from its southerly <br />intersection with Laurell Lane to the center of the cul-de-sac at its <br />northerly terminus; <br />Mary Kay Circle, 516 feet centerline distance from its northerly <br />intersection with Marquette Boulevard to the center of the cul-de-sac <br />at its southerly terminus; <br />Laurell Lane, 1,573 feet centerline distance from its northerly <br />intersection with Marquette Boulevard to its southerly junction with <br />Laurell Lane in Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 10; <br />Marquette Boulevard, 617 feet centerline distance from its <br />easterly intersection with Laurell Lane to its westerly junction <br />with Marquette Boulevard in Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 10. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed. by law. <br />PASSED• <br />ATTEST : °~, ; <br />NORA T.
