Skate Sharpen $45 per hour $42 to $45 per hour $25 per hour $22 to $25 per hour $.50 $1.00 SECTION 5: The Recreation Center Manager shall publish the fee schedule so established and post same in a conspicuous place in the building lobby. All fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund set up for the Recreation Center and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Recreation Center. SECTION 6: The Recreation Center Manager shall, from time to time, review fee schedules as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with the reasons therefor to the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes the Parks and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Recreation Center Manager shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. The Recreation Center Manager shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on merchandise, and other services offered for sale. SECTION 7: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary to establish rates and fees at this time so that the same may be published prior to the opening of the Recreation Center on October 1, 1975 and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
