CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75 - ~ ~QJ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE RENTING OF <br />PAY LOCKERS TO BE PLACED IN THE RECREATION <br />CENTER COMPLEX IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLM5TED, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be, and he is <br />hereby, authorized to advertise for bids for the renting of pay <br />lockers to be placed in the Recreation Center Complex in the City <br />of North Olmsted according to the specifications now on file in his <br />office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized. to enter into a contract and execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the furt her reason that <br />the Recreation Center is scheduled to open October 1, 1975, and it <br />is necessary to coordinate the operation of pay lockers to be placed <br />in the Recreation Center Complex with said opening, and further pro- <br />vided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED • ~~~~~ / ? ,,L~„t. ~ .- <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
