CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO . 7 5 - ~ ~.Lrl <br />BY : ~ ~ ~ ~ rc..~ <br />-~ `~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR LANDSCAPING OF <br />THE RECREATION CENTER SITE IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Safety be, and he is <br />hereby, authorized to advertise for bids for landscaping of the <br />Recreation Center Site in the City of North Olmsted according to <br />the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval <br />by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />the°Recreation Center is scheduled to open October 1, 1975, and it <br />is necessary to coordinate the landscaping with said. opening, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of: <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED• ~t /Gi ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />t ;/tom(.. <br />4...--' ./' ~~-'. <br />NORA T.
