F: <br />C(iST 1'.l;I::BlinSL`Si:~'1 S1ST::`: <br />Fuel Tax Reimburser.~ent Revenue <br />Reimburser.~ent of the state fuel tar: is received at the rate of <br />six cents per gallon of fuel used in scheduled and school bus service. <br />This revenue is normally received by the City in tho ;~onth following the <br />month in which consu:-:ed. :-loc~~ever, for purposes of proper matching of <br />revenue and expense with the type of service for the period, this revenue <br />is recognized in the period the fuel is consumed. Distribution of <br />revenue to either scheduled service or school bus service will be based <br />on the ratio of vehicle Hiles for each t}'pe of activity to total vehicle <br />Hiles for both types of service during the reporting period. <br />Accident Reimbursement Revenue <br />Receipts for reir.:burse:~ent of costs incurred as the result of <br />an accident will be entered as an offsetting credit against the cost of <br />making the repairs for which the reir.,burse-:ent was received. <br />Other Revenues <br />Other revenues received by the City or RT~'~ which cannot be <br />directly attributed to a specific t'}~pe of service are distributed to <br />each type of service based on the ratio of each t}~pe of service's costs <br />to total costs in the reporting period. <br />. .. ., .. <br />. ,..., ~ , ,., ,rte ~~ ~ , y__ .- , <br />
