CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75 - ~ ~4 <br />BY• , <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY PLEASANT HOMES RESUBDIVISION IN THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Pleasant Homes Resubdivision was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on June 10, 1975, and referred to <br />Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, said Resubdivision includes the combination of seven <br />(7) parcels, being Sublots 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, and 142 on <br />the north side of Broxbourne Road east of Guilford Avenue into five <br />(5) parcels; and, <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of the Pleasant Homes Resubdi- <br />vision, and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it <br />meets the requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat for recording <br />purposes only, <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />the developer will be unable to obtain the natural gas connection <br />because of the una~ailibility of natural gas after August 1, 1975, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: (~~„~ /~ ~~,~5 <br />?~~ <br />ATTEST: U` <br />~-~~'J~ <br />NORA T.
