CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75 - 168 <br />Page 2. <br />A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. <br />An additional tax for the benefit of the City of North <br />Olmsted for the purpose of providing additional operating <br />revenues for the police and fire departments of the City <br />of North Olmsted at a rate not to exceed two and one- <br />tenth (2.1) mills, which amounts to twenty-one cents <br />(21¢) for each One Hundred. Dollars ($100.00)af valuation, <br />for five (5) years <br />FOR THE TAX LEVY . <br />AGAINST THE TAX LEVY . <br />SECTION 4: The Clerk of this Council be, and she hereby is, <br />authorized and directed. to request that notice of said election be <br />given as provided by law. <br />SECTION 5: Said Clerk be, and she hereby is, directed to cer- <br />tify a copy of this resolution to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, within five (5) days after its adoption. <br />SECTION 6: This resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and provided. that it shall receive <br />an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of Council illegible <br />to vote. <br />PASSED• ~~~~.~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ ~~ ~~ <br />NORA T.
