ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE GIBSON RESUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Gibson Resubdivision was approved by <br />the Planning Commission on May 27, 1975, and. referred. to Council; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, said Resubdivision includes the combination of two (2) <br />parcels; namely, Permanent Parcel Nos. 236-3-2 and 236-3-3 located <br />at the corner of Bailey and Lorain Roads; and, <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of the Gibson Resubdivision, <br />and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />the developer will be unable to obtain the natural gas connection <br />because of the unavailibility of natural gas after August 1, 1975, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected. to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediat~iy upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED • ,~`~~ <br />ATTEST <br />1 <br />~%~~~~ , <br />NORA T.
