<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ,~f =/.~~ <br />BY C0~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN PERMANENT PARCELS <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATERAL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, the following persons have paid in full the future payments <br />for special assessments on certain parcels as set forth below: <br />232-27-40 <br />Mr. ~ Mrs. Mesar 4370 Selhurst $1,794.52 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEB by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Sectiotr~fi::--That tfie_~-udi:tor_,~f_~uyahaga._Caun~y ~e-=and.-fie i-s hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 197 5 through 19 91 inclusive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 2: That the 'Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assess- <br />ments on said parcels. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga .County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on certain permanent <br />parcels for the construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ,S~ <br />ATTEST <br />Clerk of Cou cil <br />APPROV D : ~ /~ ( ~ ~~ <br />Mayor <br />.,_._ <br />c <br />L ~ t.~ <br />Preside o Council <br />
