J1%/.~i3 <br />B.Y~ <br />A ORDIN E AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR Sewer <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />CANCELLATION OF <br />235-8-35 <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the sewer. <br />WHEREAS, Owner of &/L 3 Southern Avenue <br />have paid the sum of $483.60 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years 19 75 through 1978, inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-8-35 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 197 5 through 19 78 , inclusive <br />assessments in full for, sewer <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 75through l9 78, inclusive, amounting to <br />$483.60 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of--Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare o` the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-8-35 for sewer <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />ATTEST <br />~? c..e..~.~ /. , <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED : (~ /`~~7.f <br />Mayor <br />~~ ~a~ <br />Pre id nt of Council <br />,,,., , ~ _ _~. ~. , . , M.r .w~~,~»,~,.,t ~,~ Mme.. _~ <br />
