MARCH 20, 1862 - PAGE 5 <br />Mr. M. Scanlon, attorney representing Mr. & Mrs. L. Zoldessy, 26751 Lorain Rd., <br />appeared before Council to request that the Council reject Block "A" on the Country <br />Club Blvd. plan and that Council refuse to accept the plat as submitted. He <br />stated that his clients were not opposed to the roadway but are opposed to the 2 <br />foot strip and that they felt they should be able to have access to this roadway <br />from their corner property as well as the Diocese and the Great Northern Shopping <br />Center. He also stated that his clients would be willing to be assessed by the <br />normal rules fora corner lot for th$ paving of this roadway. <br />Mr. Biskind stated that Block "A" was put in the plans so that the flow of traffic <br />would not be hindered by any future development of the corner lot using a driveway <br />on Lorain Rd. and also on Country Club Blvd. <br />Mr. Mangani, Chairman of the City Planning Committee, advised the two parties <br />to get together to resolve this problem and advise the Committee of their decision. <br />before the next Council Meeting so that the Committee could make their recommendations <br />on the dedication plat for Country Club Blvd. at the next Council Meeting. <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Clerk contact all signers <br />of the petition for a storm sewer on Decker Road to ascertain if they are still <br />agreeable to the conditions as set forth in the petition as signed by them last <br />year. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />After further discussion as to purchasing the Denton Property on Clague Rd. adjacent <br />to the Clague Rd. playground, Council decided to have the Committee make a <br />further study of this matter rather than make a hasty decision at the preseat'_time, <br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 10:18 P.M. <br />i <br />` /~ <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council Bruce MacDonald, President of Council <br />
