<br />Mr. Christman advised of a meeting he attendefdwith representatives of Olmsted
<br />Township, Olmsted Falls and Westview at which time they expressed a desire
<br />to participate in our sewer program.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Clerk write to the Solicitor
<br />of Olmsted Falls advising that in accordance with their request Council and City
<br />Officials would be willing to meet with them to discuss Olmsted Falls, Olmsted
<br />Township and Westvi%erv possible participation in our sewer program. "Yeas"

<br />Mr. Christman advised that a meeting will be held February 26, 1862 at North
<br />Olmsted City Hall with Parkview to discuss the agreement for them to participate
<br />in our sewer program.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, to approve the payment of the bill
<br />presented by Mr. & Mrs. H. M. Love, 4gg3 Grace Rd, in an amount that meets with
<br />the approval of the Service Director. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Limpert,

<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr~.L~mnb~~l~:s, that the Law Director be directed
<br />to prepare legislation requesting the County Commissioners to participate in a
<br />program with North Olmsted to improve Clagae Rd. "Yeas" Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill.
<br />Mrs.Christman moved, seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, ghat the Law Director be directed
<br />to prepare legislation congratulating and commending Lt. Col. John Glenn and
<br />all who participated in Project Mercury. "leas" Caster, Christman, Leonard,

<br />Mr. Christman urged everyone to attend the special recognition ceremony for Craig
<br />Hixson and Roy Impett who have served our community as volunteer firemen for
<br />a total of 43 years to be held at Fire Station No. 1 on March 5, 1862.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, requesting the Service Director
<br />to have a preliminary investigation made pertaining to the storm sewer problem on
<br />Butternut Ridge. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />O'Neill.
<br />Mr. Mangani advised that a meeting will be held Thursday, Feb. 22, 1862 to work
<br />on the revision of the zoning map.
<br />Mr. Mangani advised that the City Planning Committee will recommend to the Planning
<br />Commission that work be started on a Master Street Plan for North Olmsted after
<br />the Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance are completed.
<br />Resolution No. 62-17 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution declaring it
<br />necessary to improve Walter Road from a point near the intersection of Walter
<br />Road and Beechlane northerly to the present terminus of the water main in Walter
<br />Road in the City of Westlake by installing therein a water line, and declaring a n
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, sseconded by Mr. Caster, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill.
<br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill.
<br />%~-', Ti~~e Mayor requested that the Clerk write to the County Commissioners regarding
<br />vacating Temporary,State Route No. 17.
