<br />Resolution No. ~1-171t was introduced by Mr. Limpert, A resolution accept-
<br />ing the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing
<br />the necessary tax levies and c ertifying them to the County Auditor. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Porter. Thereupon the resolution
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />Porter.
<br />Resolution No. b1-175 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A resolution authorizing
<br />the acquisition by the City of certain premises to be used for street purposes
<br />from the Cleveland Diocese and setting forth conditions attendant to said
<br />acquisition. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Christman, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Forter.
<br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Limpert, Mangali, Nicholas, Porter.
<br />Ordinance No. 61-176 was introduced by 1~. Mangani. An ordinance anending
<br />sub-section a of Section 11 of Ordinance 3158 enacted November 15, 1960,
<br />entitled "Ordinance to regulate the use of public and private sewers and
<br />drains, private sewage disposal, installation and connection of building
<br />sewers, and the discharge of waters and wastes into the public sewerage
<br />system, acid declaring an emeEgency, It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Chrisbnan, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />Porter. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put
<br />upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Porter.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Solicitor be directed
<br />to prepare legislation accepting the impret~tplans for Vincent Dr.,
<br />LeBerne Dr., a portion of Hawkins Ave. in the Candelite Sub-division and
<br />the posting of a bond for the portion of Hawkins Ave. not approved. "Yeas"
<br />Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Porter.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the Solicitor be directed
<br />to prepare b~g3,slation authorizing the installation of Decker Road Storm
<br />Sewer and authorizing the Service Director to take bids for the De~~Cer Road

<br />The Service Director advised that a change in the plans at an approximate
<br />cost of X800,00 for the sewer on Claque Road is necessary so that the property
<br />at 3585 Claque Road can have service.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that Council approve the change
<br />in plans for the sewer on Claque Road as recommended by the Service Director.

<br />The Service Director advised that the change in plans for the sewer at Coe
<br />and Lorain was aw.thorizied by Council.
<br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that Mr. O~Neill~s absence
