<br />specifications for a sewerage sy~em for the City of North Olmsted and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mrs, Nicholas, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as

<br />of calculation as forewa~ded to us by Steve Kuhner of Floyd Browne and Associates
<br />on July 7, 1961, and that if this basic method of calculation is acceptaHe to this
<br />Council and Parkview, that the Solicitors and Engineers of both Cities meet to
<br />work out terms of a contract, The method i.s mainly this : Operation and maintenance
<br />costs pro-rated as to the actual number of connections; debt service pro-rated on
<br />actual saturated populations; X27,600. portion of trunk paid by Parkview; $8,963.
<br />cost of Esther Ave, sewer paid by Parkview; Meer installed to provide check in
<br />amount of infiltration with penalties provided for over fixed amounts, «Yeas"

<br />where there are existing sanitary sewers on Grace, EI.~, Lucille, Mastick and street

<br />prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for the
<br />furnishing of 200 tons of Bulk Commercial Salt, and 1,000 yards of Cinders, "Yeas«
