<br />Idle award and sale of sewer and sewer planning bonds . It was moved by Mr.
<br />Limpert seconded by Mr. Mangani! that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage,

<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mrs.

<br />Ordinance No. 61.»9 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing
<br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for inceneration of the
<br />garbage and rubbish of this City and for the Director of Public Service and the
<br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspexxied azd the ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on sand motion was
<br />as follows: Caster, Christman Mangani~ Nicholas "Nays'- Limpert, 0-Nei11,
<br />jherefore this ordinance was given its first reading only.
<br />Mr. Caster requested that the Service Director try to set up a timetable on when
<br />work will be done to alleviate the drainage problems throughout the City. He
<br />also requested that copies of this timetable be given to Council Members when
<br />it is ready.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Solicitor be directed to
<br />prepare legislation accepting Block~A'- from the Carxielight Subdivision and
<br />that when the abutting larxi is developed the developer of Candelight be reimbursed
<br />for Block '-A" by the new developers. Yeas'- Caster, Christman Limpert, Mangani}

<br />Mrs. Nicholas moved, seconded by Mr. O'Neill that the Solicitor be directed i:o
<br />prepare legislation amending the sewer rate ordinance to ch~ge the
<br />minimum rate to 1000 cu, ft, of water used per quarter and to change the rate
<br />to ~~..93 per 1,000 cu. ft. of water used. nYeas" Caster, Christman, Limpert,

<br />A special meeting was called for on Tuesd~rf May 9th at 8 P.M. to consider
<br />Parkview-s participation in the sewer program and also to consider legislation
<br />regarding the extension of the sewer service lines.
<br />The Service Directoris request to advertise for bids for fencing an area approximately
<br />225 to 275 in North Olmsted Park was turned over to the Municipal Properties Comm.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Solicitor be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for
<br />fine furnishing of necessary labor and material for surface treating the various

<br />The Clerk was instructed to write to the North Olmsted Historical Society requesting
<br />more information as to the duties of a trustees number of meetings regai~ced~-~to
<br />attend, etc.
<br />The Clerk was also instructed to write to The Civil Service Commission requesting
<br />their list of specifications for personnel as soon as possible.
