FEBRUARY 21, 1961 - PAGE 2 <br />Resolution No. 61-27 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A resolution declaring the <br />intention of Council to appropriate certain easements for the construction of <br />sewers and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by <br />Mr. Christman, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, <br />O~Neill, Porter. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times <br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. <br />Ordinance No. 61-28 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance determining <br />to proceed with the construction of sanitary sewers in Mastick Road and other <br />streets herein designated, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by <br />Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory rule beysuspended <br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on <br />its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon the <br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and <br />the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, <br />Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter. <br />Ordinance No. 61-2g was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. An ordinance determining <br />to proceed with the construction of sanitary sewers in Clague Road and other <br />streets herein designated, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by <br />Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on <br />its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon the <br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and <br />the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, <br />Mangani, Nicholas, O~Nei11, Porter. <br />Ordinance No. 61-30 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel <br />No. 234-28-55, sub lot 60 in Olmsted Colony Subdivision No. 3, being an <br />assessment for the preparation of detailed plans and specifications for a <br />sewerage system for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule <br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times <br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon <br />the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and <br />the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, <br />Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. <br />Ordinance No. 61-31 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance retaining <br />Ward Boundaries after the Federal Census of 1960, and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule <br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times <br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter. Thereupon <br />the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and <br />the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, <br />Mangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter. <br />Resolution No. 61-32 was introduced by Mr. Porter. A resolution directing the <br />Engineer to prepare plans, profiles, specifications and estimates for the <br />installation and construction of sidewalks on the west side of North Porter <br />Road, west side of Dover Center Road, east side of North Barton Road, west <br />side of Walter Road, west side of South Barton Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the statutory rule <br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times <br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill, Porter.
