MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />OCT. 26s 1960 - TsltO P,M, <br />Present were Paul J. Gareaus Mayor; Bruce MacDonald, President of Council; <br />Henx~* Caster Ralph Christman, Dewey Limperts A.L. Mangani, Lillian Nicholas! <br />Francis J. O~Neill. <br />Also present were Lloyd E, Barnes, Service Director; C.J. Oviatts Solicitor; William <br />Gerlach, Auditor; and Louise Ha11s Clerk. <br />Absents George Porter <br />This meeting was called in order to consider the following legislation: <br />Resolution No. 3]lt]. was introduced by Mr, Mangani, A resolution of proclamation <br />for Halloween 1960, and declaring an em:ergeray. It was moved by Mr. Mangani~ <br />seconded by Mr, O~Neills that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage, The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christmans Limperts <br />.Mangani, Nicholas, OsNeill,, :'~_ ,;~„ Thereupon the resolution was read the seoo nd <br />and third times and put upon its passage a~:the affirmative vote thereon was <br />as follows: Caster, Christ+~ans Limperts Manganis Nicholas OtNeill. <br />Resolution No. 31.1:2 was introduced by Mr. Christman, A resolution transferring <br />appropriations and declaring an emergency, It was n-oved by Mr. Christman! <br />seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows Caster, Christmans Limperti <br />Mangani, Nicholas, OtNeill~, Thereupon the resolution was read the second and <br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as <br />follows Casters Christmans Limperts Mangani, Nicholas, OsNeill. <br />Ordinance No. 37.L}3 was introduced by Mr, Mangani. An ordinance authorizing the <br />Solicitor of the City of North Olmsted to employ special counsel to assist in <br />providing and supervising the proceedings and approving a proposed issue of <br />first mortgage sewerage system revenue bonds of the City of North O1.anated. It <br />was moved by Mr. Mangar-is seconded by Mr. O~Neill, that the statutory rule be <br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and <br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as followst Caster, <br />Christman, Limperts Mangani, Nicholas, OsNeill.
