An ordinance amending sections <br />1 and 2 of ordinance 3043 enacted June 71a., 1960, amending sections 1 and 2 of <br />ordinance 2821, enacted March 3, 1959, amending sections 1 and 2 of ordinance <br />2603 enacted December 17, 1957, amending sections 1 and 2 of ordinance 227.1.x, <br />entitled "An ordinance determining salaries ?rages and bands of appointed officials <br />and employees of the City of North Olmsted't~ as amended by Ordinance 2t~96 enacted <br />June 1~, 195? and ordinance 2533 enacted August 20, 195?, and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by A?r. Porter, seconded by Nlr. O~Neill~ that the statutory rule be suspen- <br />ded and the t'?Y'~.~.~F1.:'".~.E''-: be read immediately the second and third times and put on <br />its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, <br />%~iangani, Nicholas, O~Neill, Porter. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. <br />Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its passage.
