The ordinance was given its <br />first reading only. <br />Grdinance No. 2973 was introduced by Nirs, Nicholas. An ordinance amending <br />ordinance No. 2963 providing for the issuance of notes to pay part of the cost <br />of construction of a municipal sewage treatment plant and sanitary sewers, and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by MrB.Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Porter, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its Bassage. The affirmative vote on said <br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Porter. <br />Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, <br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Porter. <br />Ordinance No. 297l~ was introduced by Nlr. Mangani. An ordinance transferring <br />~~~.5.77 from th.e Special Assessment Sinking Fund to the Decker Rd, Water No. 2 <br />Fund, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr, <br />Limpert that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. An ordinance amending Section <br />2 of Ordinance 2928, enacted October 6, 1959, amending Section 50 and Section <br />llg of Ordinance 613, enacted July 7, 19l~2, entitled "An ordinance regulating <br />traffic in the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio" an:~ declaring* an emergency. It <br />was moved by NIr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the statutory r-ale be <br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and <br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, Porter. Thereupon, the ordinance was <br />read the second and tYsird times arYd put upon its passage and the affirmativ~y <br />vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, <br />Porter. <br />After much discussion on the Codefication of Ordinances, Mr. Mangani suggested <br />referring the problem to the Legislative Commuttee for immediate action. <br />I~Ir. Christmman, to instruct the Solicitor <br />to prepare proper legislation for taking of bids for Lab Testing materials <br />for the Sewage Plant.
