<br />Resolution No. 2916 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. A resolution
<br />authorizing the Safety Director to enter into a Mutual Aid Contract
<br />with the Village of Olmsted Falls, Ohio# for mutual Aid in Fire
<br />Protection. It was moved by Mr. MacDonalds seconded by Mr. Hixson,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixsons Kramer,

<br />Resolution No. 2917 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. A resolution authori-
<br />zing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the
<br />furnishing of labor and material for the improvement of Clague Road by
<br />the installation of a storm sewer on the westerly side thereof in
<br />accordance with the amended plans and spQcifications for said work
<br />prepared by the City Engineers and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. O'Neills seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Hinkel, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.

<br />Resolution No. 2918 was introduced by Mr, Kramer. A resolution of
<br />commendation of Officers Raymond W. Kodey and George Colperts for
<br />services beyond the call of duty. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded
<br />by Mra. Lynch, the resolution be adopted as read. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson,

<br />ing the Clerk to advertise for bids for the furnishing of tires and tubes
<br />for the mechanized vehicles of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Hixson, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />Wilson. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times

<br />North Olmsted of three 1960 4-door sedans for police purposes, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr, Wilson, seconded by Pers.

<br />Ordinance No. 2921 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance appointing
<br />Eleanor Ruple, Deputy Auditor for the City and Clerk of Council of the
<br />City for the month of October, 1959. It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded
<br />by Nir. Wilson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
