MAY 19, 1959 - PAGE 2. <br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer seconded by Mr, Wilson that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and <br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as followa: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. There- <br />upon the resolution was read the second and third times and put on its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, <br />Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Resolution No. 2851 was introduced by Mrs. Lynch. A resolution correcting <br />the name of the City Treasurer to Alice Dobbins Rhine by virtue of her <br />recent marriage, and declaring an emergency. It wa+~ moved by Mrs. Lynch, <br />seconded by Mra Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the <br />resolution be read immediately the second and third timss and put on <br />its passage. The affirmative vote on +eaid motion was as follows: <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon the resolution <br />was read the second and third times and put on its passage and the <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, <br />O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Resolution No. 2852 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. A resolution authori- <br />2ing the Safety Director to enter into a Mutual Aid Contract with the <br />Village of North Ridgeville for the Mutual Aid in Firs Protection. It <br />was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mrs. Hinkel, that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and <br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. There- <br />upon the resolution was read the second and third times and put on its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows; Hinkel, Hixson, <br />Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />The Mayor requested Safety Committee take under consideration the <br />placing of a spacial officer to safe guard the attending public a <br />special activities throughout the City. <br />The Finance and Safety Committees are to take under consideration the <br />employment of a full time City Inspector, inasmuch as the scarcity of <br />construction work in the City does not provide sufficient income. <br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mrs. Hinkel, the Mayor <br />negotiate with the necessary parties to complete the right of way <br />for the widening and improvement of Whitethorn Avenue. "Yeas" Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Consideration $r a wage adjustment for/~'iTemeri ~9u~txxarkxaut~txxt~t, <br />and the probability of a pension plan for part-time firemen after twenty- <br />five years of service was referred to the Solicitor and Finance Committee <br />for a determination; however, the Director stated any negotiations for <br />wage adjustments should be directed to him, and then to the proper <br />committee. <br />It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Kramer, Mr. MacDonald's <br />absence be excused.
