He a ated that <br />the Council uld not rescind he ruling of the oaxd but they cou instruct <br />the Clerk to no fy the Buildi Commissioner that he ban heretofor existing <br />by virtue of the ilure of the de lopes to complet installation of e <br />improvements is lif , inasmuch as developer had steel surety. <br />Mr. Wilson advised that it was the recommendation of the Streets, Sewers, Side- <br />` walks and Ditches Committee that the Solicitor prepare legislation to the <br />effect that all new developments, or portions, be cemented and curbed prior <br />to issuance of a building permit and sidewalks be completed as each hom® is <br />completed. <br />The Engineer stated the curb should be 6" with a 1" radius on the top and a <br />1" barter on the face. He does not recommend a rolled curb, as it permits <br />the vehicles to pass over at any point. He further cautioned that provisions <br />should be made for compaction of the trenches. <br />A special council meeting is to be held on April 28th. <br />Due to the Primary Election on May 5th, the next regular council meeting will <br />be held on May 6th at 8:30 ?.M. <br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Wilson, that the absence of Mr. <br />MacDonald and Mr. O'Neill be excused. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, <br />Wilson. <br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 10:36 P.M. <br />__._ . <br />E. M.
