An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanenet Parcel <br />No. 232-5-33 on Brookpark P,xtension Water Main in the City of North Olmsted, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Iiixson, seconded by Mrs. <br />Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read im- <br />mediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, <br />Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and <br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, Wilson. <br />Ordinance No. 2804 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 231-22-27 on Gessner Road Water Main ,~1 in the City of North Olmsted <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. <br />Kramer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read im- <br />mediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, <br />Wilsran. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and <br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, Wilson. <br />Resolution No. 2$05 was introduced by I~'Lr. Kramer. A resolution approving <br />awarding of bid for recapping tires for the years 1959 and 1960 to Penrose <br />Tire Service, Inc., and authorizing the Solicitor to prepare a contract of <br />purchase and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by <br />Mr. Hixson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, <br />Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third times and <br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, Wilson. <br />Ordinance No. 2806 was introduced by Nir. Hixson. An ordinance amending <br />Section 1505.02 of Ordinance No. 2645 enacted March 4, 1958, entitled, "An <br />Ordinance adopting the Regional Dwelling House Code prepared by the Regional <br />Planning Commission of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to provide minimum <br />standards in construction to safeguard life, limb, health, property and <br />the public welfare. It was moved by Nir. Hixson, seconded by rIrs. Hinkel, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on <br />said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, <br />Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and <br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, Wilson. <br />Ordinance No. 2807 was introduced by Nlrs. Lynch. An ordinance regulating <br />repair or demolition of buildings declared unsafe by the Building Department <br />of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. The ordinance was <br />given its first reading only. <br />It was moved by I~Ir. Wilson, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, the Solicitor be <br />directed to amend the ordinance, or resolution, relative to posting of <br />ordinance and resolutions at the five different places in the City. "Yeas" <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, Wilson. <br />Linens were presented for approval by the Council to enlarge the sewerage <br />disposal plant for the construction of apartment buildings on Great Northern <br />Boulevard, which the Planning Commission had already approved. Verification <br />from the Metropolitan Park Board., granting permission to enlarge the system <br />has not been received, and Council will withhold their decision until such <br />time as permission has been granted. <br />- 5 - <br />
