<br />The Engineer reported there were two sets of plane for Sweetbrier signed
<br />by the former engineer, and Council had not approved the improvement plans,
<br />but Mr. Monson assured the City he would put in sufficient fill for proper
<br />filter bed outlets and finish grade. The Engineer further stated the
<br />Fire Chief has not made an inspection of Maria Lane, nor has the Engineer
<br />or Service Director.
<br />Mr. Hinkel recommended that the matter of Decker Road paving approval
<br />be turned over to the Streets Committee for further study.
<br />k„ Ordinance No. 2785 was introduced by Mr. Wilson. An ordinance amending
<br />Section 4 of Ordinance 2534, enacted August 20, 1957, amending section
<br />4 of Ordinance 2214, enacted October 4, 1955, entitled "An Ordinance
<br />determing salaries, wages and bonds of appointed officials and employees
<br />of the City of North Olmsted", as amended by ordinance 2359, enacted
<br />August 21, 1956, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Wilson,
<br />seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Ordinance No. 2786 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An ordinance authorizing
<br />anQ directing the cancellation of special asses8ments on permanent parcel No.
<br />232-31-4 Canterbury Road water main #1 and Canterbury Road Storm Sewer #1,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was coved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs.
<br />Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote thereon wan as follows: HinksA, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch,
<br />O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Resolution No. 2787 was introduced by Mr. Hinkel. A resolution accepting
<br />the additional bond of Olmsted Colony, Inc., developers of proposed Holly
<br />Drive and Cypress Drive, in the principal sum of X3,500.00 attached as a
<br />rider to the sidewalk bond of said developer, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. Wilson, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was
<br />as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon,
<br />the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon wan as follows: Hinkel, Hixson,

<br />Resolution No. 2788 was introduc®d by Mr. Wilson. A resolution transferring
<br />appropriations. It was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon,
<br />the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage

<br />Resolution No. 2789 wan introduced by Mr. O'Neill. A resolution authorizing
<br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the retreading
<br />of tires used on equipment for the City of North Olmsted. It was moved
<br />by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Hixson, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the resolution be read immediately the. second and third times and put
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel,
<br />Hinson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was
<br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma-
