<br />Ordinance No. 2776 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An ordinance providing
<br />for per diem allowance net to exceed X1.50 per day for employees of
<br />the Police Department attending tl~e Police School established by
<br />Cuyahoga County Commissioners at Western Reserve University, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by rir. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Wilson, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the .second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, O'Neill, :tirilson.

<br />Section 1, Subsection 8 of Ordinance No. 2324 enacted July 6, 1956,
<br />entitled, "An ordinance defining requirements and regulations to be
<br />follovaed in administering the requirements of the Zoning Ordinances with
<br />reference to the dedication of streets and allotments", and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that
<br />the statutory rile be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote

<br />the issuance by the Payor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, of a permit
<br />to the Great Northern Shopping Center far a pyrotechnical display to be
<br />held November 22nd, 1958, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by

<br />and authorizing the holding of a parade November 22nd, 1y58, in connection
<br />with the formal grand opening of the Great Northern Shopping Center, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by r?r.
<br />Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The

<br />A communication was read from the North Glmsted Chamber of Commerce,
<br />advising City officials of a meeting to be held on v°aednesday, November
<br />26th at B:OU P. 11. , at the Soutrwestern Savings Bank Buildir_g~ in regard
<br />to tie sanitary sewer.
<br />It was moved by )vir. Hinkel, seconded by 1ulrs. Lynch, the Solicitor be
<br />~~ directed to prepare a letter to developers of proposed subdivisions
<br />notifying them to get a letter from the City of Cleveland tplater Depart-
<br />ment approving the installation of water lines in the proposed subdivisions
