It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that <br />the statutory rile be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its passage. Hinkel, seconded by 1ulrs. Lynch, the Solicitor be <br />~~ directed to prepare a letter to developers of proposed subdivisions <br />notifying them to get a letter from the City of Cleveland tplater Depart- <br />ment approving the installation of water lines in the proposed subdivisions <br />prior to filing them for record.
