OCTOBER 7, 1958 - PAGE 5. <br />Resolution No. 2753 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. A resolution <br />requesting the State of Ohio Department of Highways to resurface Columbia <br />Road, also known as State Route 252, from Lorain Road southerly to the <br />extreme southerly limits of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, <br />Wilson. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and <br />put on its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Resolution No. 2754 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A resolution authorizing <br />the Clerk to advertise for bids for the furnishing of tires and tubes for the <br />mechanized vehicles of the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and <br />third times and put upon its passage, and the affirmative vote thereon <br />was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put on <br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, ~ti~ilson. <br />Ordinance No. 2755 was introduced by Mr. s. Lynch. An ordinance amending <br />section 3 of ordinance 25$5 enacted November 6, 1957, being an ordinance <br />amending ordinance 2194 enacted August 16, 1955, entitled "An ordinance <br />fixing the compensation and vacation periods of the bus drivers of the <br />North Clmsted Municipal Bus Line and providing for the compensation of <br />employees of the Municipal Bus Garage" as amended by ordinance 2376 enacted <br />October 6, 1956, and ordinance 2423 enacted January 1, 1957. It was moved <br />by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be sus- <br />pended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times <br />and put upon its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. An ordinance giving the <br />consent of the City of North Olmsted to the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to the removal of snow and ice from certain <br />roads within the City. It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put upon its passage. The affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, <br />Wilson. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and <br />put on its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. <br />Resolution No. 2757 was introduced by Mr. `.~Jilson. A resolution transferring <br />appropriations. It was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that <br />the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution b e read immediately the <br />second and third times and put upon its passage. An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 234-23-29 on Stearns Road Water Main #~2 in the City of North Olmsted, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. <br />MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put upon its passage. The <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, <br />MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
