<br />1. That the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of the
<br />resolution as finally adopted at a meeting of the governing body on the 17th
<br />day of September 1957, and duly recorded in my office;
<br />2. That said meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in
<br />accordance with law and to the extent required by law due and proper notice
<br />of such meeting was given; that a legal quorum was present throughout the
<br />meeting, and a legally sufficient number of members of the governing body
<br />voted in the proper manner and for the adoption of said resolution; that
<br />all other requirements and proceedings under the law incident to the proper
<br />adoption or passage of said resolution, including publication, if required,
<br />have been duly fulfilled, carried out, and otherwise observed; and that I
<br />am authorized to execute this certificate.

<br />Resolution No. 2551 was introduced by Mr. Schwenk: A resolution authorizing
<br />Safety-Service Director to proceed with the purchase of real estate for site
<br />of future playground. It was moved by Mr. Schwenk, seconded by Mr. Baker,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said

<br />No. 234-22-15 on Stearns Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Neubauer, seconded by Mr. Crider, that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider,
<br />Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance was
<br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative

<br />Ordinance No. 2554 was introduced by Mr. Crider: An ordinance authorizing
<br />the Solicitor of the City of North Olmsted to employ Special Counsel to
<br />assist him in the proceedings looking to the issuance of sewer planning
<br />notes. It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded by Mr. Neubauer, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon
