<br />Sate of Ohio. It was moved by TIr. Kramer, seconded by Tgir. Crider
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ;Lesalut?on be read

<br />Mr. Kramer reported he had conferred with Bob Cutler in regards to the
<br />refuse boxes. Mr. Cutler stated it made ro difference to hi.m if the
<br />contract was renewed or not, also he would be willing to dcnate the
<br />refuse boxes to the City.
<br />A motion was made by T~s . Baker, seconded by i'LT'. Schwenk that we da not
<br />renew the contract titi~a.th Bob Cutler Signs for the maintenance and
<br />advertising on reuse boxes. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer,

<br />The matter of the refuse boxes was referred to the Streets Gommittee.
<br />A petition for sidewalks on both sides of Lucille Drive was presented.
<br />The petitioners were under the impression th+~ the sidewalt~ would be
<br />assessed over a ten year period and also wanted to know if they could
<br />withdraw the petition if the estimated cast was too high.

<br />petition be referred to the Engineer for a rough estimate and check of

<br />In the absence of the Safety-Service Director, T~Iayor Lewis gave his
<br />report. The Safety-Service Director advised he appointed Carl Truffin
<br />as inspector of the bus line effective July 16, 1957.
