<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the Law Director be directed
<br />to prepare legislation approving the Lynhaven Subdivision for recording purposes
<br />only with the following stipulations: l. Change street name at first cross streer,
<br />2. Reserve sublot #47 for future street opening; 4. Deed Blocks "D" and "E" to
<br />the City and require future developers along these strips to reimburse the City
<br />a pro-rata share of the cost of the improvement, as determined by the City Engineer"s
<br />estimate. "Yeas'a Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholaso
<br />Mr. Christman remarked that we should attempt to abtain a definite route fos- Inter-
<br />state 80 (Outer Belt South) so that developers could be kept from developing the
<br />area.
<br />Mr. MacDonald advised that the Council and City Of'ficials have been requested to
<br />meet with the people who are to make the survey far the State Highway at a date
<br />to be announced soon.
<br />Mr. S. Biskind advised Council that he has agreed to purchase zhe Zoldessy property

<br />to prepare legislation approving the dedic.ation plat of Country Club Blvd. for
<br />recording purposes only with the stipulation that the Blocks be removed, "Yeas"
<br />Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas.
<br />Mr. Caster advised that a new petition for the storm sewer on Decker Road es befnq
<br />circulated and that a special Council Meeting will' be held as soon as this petitior
<br />has been declared valid.
<br />Ordinance No. 62-33 was given +ts second r-eading. (Zoning Ordinance)
<br />Ordinance No. 62-40 was introduced by Mr. Leonard„ A,n ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special asse;ssments on permanent parcel No. 235-12- 1i5
<br />5609 Decker Road, being an assessment for water line construction, and declarinq
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Leonarcl, seconded by Mr. L'+mpert, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordineince be i-ead immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The ziffirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpe:rt, Mangani, Nicholas. Thereupon the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: (:aster, I:hristman, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Nicholas.

<br />directing the cancellation of special asse:ssments on permanent parcel No, 235-
<br />12-111, 5609 Decker Road, being an assessroent for storm sewer construction, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by P1r. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Leonard,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and 1:he ordinanc:e be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas,
