<br />Ordinance No, 62-48 was introduced by Mr. Ilangani. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 232-18-31,
<br />4831 Porter Road, being an assessment for water line construction, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinaince be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas. Thereupon the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limperts

<br />Ordinance No. 62-49 was introduced by Mrs. Nicholas. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No.

<br />for sanitary sewer system, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs.
<br />Nicholas, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage..
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,

<br />Ordinance No. 62-50 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance directing the
<br />Mayor and Director of Public Service of the City af North Olmsted to sign and
<br />execute a contract with the Village of Parkview far the use and participation of
<br />the Village of Parkview in the City of North Olmsted's sewage treatment plant,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.Christman, seconded by Mr.
<br />Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas.

<br />Mr. Mangani commended Mr. Christman on the: excetlent job he did in negotiating
<br />with Parkview for their participation in the sewage treatment plant.
<br />Mr. Christman remarked that it wasn't a orie man jc>b but required the help of the
<br />entire City Administration.
<br />Resolution No. 62-51 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution requiring
<br />the State of Ohio to refer to the City of North Olmsted all requests for permission
<br />to connect into storm sewer under limited access Highway No. 17 within the
<br />corporate limits of the City of North Olms,ted, and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr•. Caster, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immecliately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote onsaid motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nichiotas. Thereupon the resolution was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon it:s passage and the affirmative vote thereon

<br />for current expenses and other expenditurE:s for the C:ity of Nort.h Olmsted, Ohio,
<br />April, 1962, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded
