<br />Mr. Christman advised that he had received a number of objections concerning the
<br />type of home proposed for the Deerfield Esl:ates Subdivsion. After discussion of
<br />this matter, Council decided to put Ordinance No. 62-66 on its first reading onlv
<br />until further investigation could be made.
<br />Resolution Noo 62-66 was given its first re;ading only. A resolution approving ,
<br />for record purposes only, the proposed subdivision of Deerfield Estates, inc., and
<br />declaring an emergencya
<br />Ordinance No, 62-67 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance amending section
<br />2 of Ordinance 3153 enacted November 1, 1960, designating the assistant to the
<br />Law Director to act as Police Court Prosecutor and fixing compensation therefore,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. 0'Neill, seconded by Mr. Leonard,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as fotiows: Caster, Christman, Leonarci, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill. Thereupon
<br />the ordinance was read the second and thirci times and put upon its passage and the

<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for- bids for the furnishing of three hundred
<br />tons of asphaltic type T-35, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Mangani, seconded by Mr. Gaster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immedsately the second and third times and put on its passage:

<br />of the Alexander Road Storm Sewer, and dec'laring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Christman, seconded by Mc. Limperty that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second <ind third times and put on its passage.

<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 235-11-77,
<br />5400 Decker Road, being an assessment for water line construction, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordiniance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The al=firmative vote on said motion was as
