MAY 1, 1962 - PAGE 5 The Service Director advised that the 5ewer Contractor for Clague Road from Lorairl to Brookpark feels that the installation of service lines should be deleted from thei r contract. After discussion regarding the installation of service tines on Clague Road, the Law Director was requested to contact the legal representative of the Sewer Contractor to attempt to settle this matter and report back at the next Council Meeting. The Service Director advised that he had contacted the developer of Sunset Oval and had received a check for tree planting in the Subdivision and also a copy of the bond posted by them for completion which was turned over to the Law Director. The Clerk was instructed to notify Mr. J. Javurek, 27181 Pompton Dr., that the developer of Beverly Hill Estates had been advised to complete work in the sub- division within 30 days so that the streets can be dedicated. Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Christmain, that a letter be directed to the Planning Commission requesting their recomrriendations for the best possible site (City Property) of approximately 5 acres, the land to be leased to a developer for the sole purpose of construction of a swinxriing pool. Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mrs. Nicholais, that the legis)ation in effectiffis cover- ing the removal of real estate signs by sunidown the day they are erected be enforced. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neill. The Clerk was instructed to notify the Cleveland Real Estate Board of the above matter. The President of Council reminded everyone of the Public Heari,ng on the Zoning Ordinance to be hetd May 2, 1962 in the Nor•th Olmsted High School Auditorium.
