<br />recommendations for the installation of sidewalb:s on north and south Barton and Porter Roads

<br />Floyd Browne & Associates, Ltde requesting information as to their-suggestions for so'lving

<br />legislation authorizing the Service Director to prepare plans and specifications for the

<br />The Service Director requested that Council recc>nsider the overall plan for remodeling
<br />the City Hall and the Police Station financing i:he same by issuance of Councilmatic bands.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mra 0'Neill, thai: the Law Director be directed to prepare
<br />legislation approving for record purposes only the revised plat of Great Northern Blvd.

<br />Mr. Mangani advised that the Municipal Properties Committee will meet on May 22, 1962 to
<br />discuss the proposed change in rates for the Community Cabin.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill, based on the Law Director's recommendation,
<br />that the Law Director be directed to prepare leig islation authorizing the vacating of
<br />Midvale Aveo "Yeas"t_Caster9 Ghristmany Leonard, Limpertp Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neill._
<br />Mr. MacDonald appointed Mr, Leonard, Chairman; 1iro 0'Neill and Mr. Limpert to serve
<br />on a Swimming Pool Committee to review the requested information from the Planning
<br />Commission as to sustable locations for a swimming pool.
<br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Christman, to direct the Clerk to request information
<br />from Floyd Browne & Associates9 Ltd. as to how much extra the City should expect to pay
<br />another contractor to install the sewer° service lines on South Clague Rd. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neill.
