<br />Present were Bruce MacDonald, President of Council; Henry Caster, Ralph Christman,
<br />James Leonard, Dewey Limpert, A.L, Mangani, Norman Van Zandt.
<br />Also present were Lloyd E. Barnes, Service Director; George Schaaf, Law Director; William
<br />Ger?ach, Finance,Director; and Louise Hall, lylerk.
<br />Absent: Francis J. 0'Neill
<br />The Finance Director submitted certificates of maximum maturity for the Walter Road
<br />water line and the Decker Road storm sewero
<br />Resolution No. 62-139 was introduced by Mr, Christman. A resolution requesting the
<br />Director of Finance to furnish a certificate of maximum maturity. It was moved by Mro
<br />Christman, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolut:i.on be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passagee The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as followsa Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert.
<br />Mangani, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative votES thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt,
<br />Ordinance No. 62-140 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance to provide for the
<br />issuance of notes in anticipation of the levv of special assessments and in anticipation
<br />of the issuance of bonds to pay the property owners' portion and the City's portion of the
<br />cost of constructing a water line in Walter IZoad, and declaring an emergencya It was
<br />moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mro CastEar, that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.. The
<br />affirmative vote on seid motion was as followso Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative votES thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-141 was introducedi by Mr. Caster. A resotution requesting the
<br />Director of Finance to furnish a certificate of maximum maturity. It was moved by .Mr.

<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative

<br />Ordinance No. 62-142 was introduced by hlro Caster. An ordinance to provide for the
<br />issuance of notes in anticipation of the levy of speciat assessments and in anticipation
<br />of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of improving part of Decker Road in the Cit:y
<br />of North Olmsted by constructing therein a storm sewer, and declaring an emergencyo !L was
<br />moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr, Limpert, that the statutory rute be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passageo The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert,

<br />Ordinance No. 62-143 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance authorizing the
<br />Service Director to purchase four used buses from The Cleveland Transit System at. a
<br />total cost not to exceed $2600000 and appropriating $2600.00 from the Permanent Improvement
<br />Fund to pay for the same and decla?-ing an emergencya It was moved by Mr. Limpert.
