"Yeas" Caster, Chrestman, Mangani» Van Zandt, <br />"Nays" Leonard, 0'Neill. <br />Mr. Leonard stated that he is of the opinaon that Floyd Browne F, Associates <br />had created the problems that delayed Contract Noo 8 and the other contracts <br />and that we should investigate this matter furthero <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Leorazard, that the Law Directoe be directed <br />to review the contract with Floyd Browne €: Associates as to possible breach of <br />contract. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonzird, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zaradt. <br />The Service Director's request for authority to take bids on a one (1) ton <br />Truck Chassis and Cab was teferred to the Finarace Committee. <br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the Law Director be directed <br />to prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to take bids for 200 <br />tons of Bulk Commercial Salt and 1500 yards of Cinders. "Yeas" Castery Christman, <br />Leonard, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Mr. 0'Neill commended the Service Director on the purchase of the four buses from <br />the Cleveland Transit System. <br />The Engineers request to make a study of the Lorain Road storm sewer was referc-ed <br />to the Public Development and Service Committee. <br />The Law Director advised that Judge Holmes of the Rocky River Municipal Court <br />requested that a change be made in North Otmsted's reckless driving penalties <br />to conform with the other municipalities. This matter was referred to the <br />Safety Committee. <br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Christm<an, that we exchange Codified Ordinances <br />with the City of Parma, Ohio as requested iin their letter of July 11, 1962.
