<br />It was moved by Mr. Christmanp secoraded by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resoal.ution
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as followso Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, 0'Neill,
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-150 was introduced by iMr. Mangani. A resolution approving
<br />for record purposes only, the plat of Candelight Subdivision No. 2, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Van
<br />Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times aind put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, 0'Neill,
<br />Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Mangani, 0'Neilt, Vain Zandt.
<br />Mr. Leonard stated that in the future he will not vote in the affirmative for
<br />the suspension of rules on legislation pertaining to the acceptance of plat
<br />plans or improvement plans for subdivision.
<br />'.-Mr. 0'Neiil moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the Law Director be directed
<br />to prepare a resolution of commendation Eor Patrolman John Gibbons on
<br />apprehending two armed gunmen. "Yeas" C,aster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani,
<br />0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill, that Mr. Limpert's absence be
<br />excused. "Yeas" Caster, Chr°istman, Leon,ard, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 10:46 P.M.
