Mangani, Francis J.; O'Neill, IDewey l.impert. <br />Also present were Lloyd E,, Ba,rnes, Service ;Director; James T. Wilson, Safety Director, <br />George Schaaf, Law Directorj A1ex Kanareff, Engineer; William Gerlach, Finance <br />Director; and Louise Ha11; Glerk. <br />Absent: Paul J. Gareauj Mayor; 6ruce MacDonald, President of Council; Norman Van Zandt. <br />The minutes of the meeting of September 4, 1961 were approved as corr°ected. <br />The Engineer referc-ed water main easements for the following Subdivisions to the <br />Law Director for his approval: Manning-Campbell Subdivision No. 8, Section No. 2; <br />Manning -Campbell Subdivasian fNo. 8, Sect.ion Noo lj and a portian of Revere Drive. <br />The Engineer presented the prelsminary plat of Sapphire Estates Subdivison to the <br />City Planning Committ.ee, <br />The Engineer inquired as tq the status of the Platting Ordinance and was advised by <br />Mr. Mangani that a meeting vaill be held shortly with the Planning Commission so that <br />the Platting Ordinance can be completed. <br />Mr. 0'Neill advised tha± the TransportatAan Committee will have a recommendation <br />soon on the Service Dic°ector's -request for consideration of wage adjustments for employees <br />of the Bus Garageo <br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by h1ro Maragani g that the Law Di rector be di rected to <br />prepare legislation au-Lhorozeng the Service Director to advertise for bids on a <br />one (1) ton Truck Chassis and Cab.
