<br />Ordinance No. 62-199 was introduced by Mr°, Lempert. An ord`+narice authorizing the
<br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the Generai Hea;th Distr;ct of Cuyahoga County
<br />for the year 1963, and declaring an eme:rgerc.y. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded
<br />by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinace be read
<br />immediately the second and third tfroes and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Gasterr, Ghrestman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon tne ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirrriative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, CI'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance Noo 62-200 was introduced by Mro Mangani, An ordinance accepting the
<br />warranty deed of Minnie Schmeller for c:ertain land at the intersection of Great
<br />Northern Boulevard and Kennedy Ridge Rcsad for right of way purposes on the terms
<br />and condtions herein provided,and declziring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Mangani, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion wa:; as foliows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandte Thereupon the ordinance was read the second
<br />and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Liimpert, Mangani, 0'Neitt, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-201 was introduced bv Mra Christman. A resolution amending
<br />Resolution 62-176 enacted October 16, 1962 entitled t'A resolution authorizing
<br />the Director of Public Service to advertsse for bids for 1,080 feet of Class
<br />2C-76-57-T fifty-four inch concrete pepe, firsts or seconds, as set forth in
<br />specifications now on file in his office, and declaring an emergency", and
<br />repealing Resotution 62-176 and declaring an emergencyo It was moved by Mr.
<br />Christman, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be susperided and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Limpert9 Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandte Thereupon the resolution was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Nei11, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mro O'Neill, that the Service Director be directed
<br />to instruct the City Engineer to communicate %,N?ith the developer of Libby-Lee, Inc.
<br />and advise them of the necessity of paving Block "D" for street purposes before
<br />dedication is accepted. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandto
<br />Mr. Caster inquired about the installation of sidewalks on Lorain Rd. between
<br />Chestnut School and Charles Rd. and wais advised by the Eng,i:neer that plans and
<br />specifications could not be drawn until spring so therefore legislation should
<br />be held up until February.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. LimFiert, to approve the appointment of one
<br />firemen and 1 policeman in accordance with existing legislation. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill9 Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Leoriard, that t.he Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the ne:cessary changes to the zoning map to change
<br />the zoning of a portion of the Libby-[_ee Subdivision No. 1 and 2 to multiple
<br />residence as approved by the Planning Commission at their meeting df November 13,
<br />1962.
