<br />k Resolution No. 63-9 was introduced by Mr. 0'Neill, A resolution commending the
<br />Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Red Cross for its prompt and efficient service
<br />in alleviating the suffering of travelers stranded on Route 10 (Lorain Road)
<br />during the recent emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr.
<br />Van Zandt, that the resotution be put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-10 was introduced by Mr. Van Zandt. An ordinance amending Codified
<br />Ordinance No. 1321.04 specifying electrical license and fees, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Van Zandt, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani,
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-11 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance amending Codified
<br />Ordinance No. 1321.02 specifying plumbing and sewer license and fees, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Mangani,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspwnded and the ordinance be read fmmediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage:. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Lecmard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second aind third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-12 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance amending Codified
<br />Ordinance No. 1321.01 speeifying general building fees and governing contractor
<br />registration, and declaring an emergency. It: was moved by Mre Caster, seconded by
<br />Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rule be suspe:nded and the ordenance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster,, Christman, Lec>nard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vqte thereon was as follows: Caster, Leonard,

<br />Mr. Christman moved to amcnd Ordinance No. 6:;-12, Sectian 1, (a) to read $40.00
<br />fee for No. 1 and $60.00 fee for No. 2. This motion was not seconded.
<br />Resolution No. 63-13 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading
<br />only. A resolution approving, for record puirposes oraly, the proposed subdivision
<br />known as Woodview Subdivision No. l, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Resolution No. 63-14 was introduced by hlr, C;aster. A resolution releasing from
<br />liability the principal and sureties on cert-ain performance bonds heretofore
<br />posted by Joseph L. Hoislbauer for the complietion of improvements in Joseph L.
<br />Hoislbauer's Butternut Ridge Subdivision No. 1 on Stadium Drive, and declaring an
<br />emergency, It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediate)y the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon
<br />the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and
