<br />Ordinance No. 63-25 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the canceilation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 232-2-51,
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and thfed times and put on its passaige. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, 0'Ne111, Van Zandt. Thereupon
<br />the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani,
<br />0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-26 was introduced by Mr. Vsn Zandt. An ordinance authorizing and

<br />Resolution No. 63-27 was introduced by Mr. 0'Neill. A resolution directing the
<br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1963,
<br />all tax money due and owin:g said City from an collectiion source, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. 0'Neill, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmat(ve vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-28 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance to make appropriations
<br />for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio,
<br />January, February, March, 1963, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Caster, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and thitd times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and
<br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />A recess was declared so that Council could discuss Ordinance No. 63-6.
<br />The Service Director requested authority tc, advertise for bids for a generator to
<br />be used at the Lift Station - the-approximeite cost is $6,500.00. This was turned
<br />over to the Finance Committee.
<br />The Service Director advised that he feels the developers of subdivisions should
<br />be responsible for erecting street signs arid painting of fire hydrants according
<br />to specifications. This wes turned over ta the Public Development and Service
<br />cl: Committee.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Leonar•d, that Wednesday, February 20, 1963, be
<br />set for the Public Hearing for all rezoninq legislation pending. "Yeas" Caster,
