<br />Ordinance No. 63-43 was introduced by Mr. Limpert:. An ordinance author-izing ard
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 237-20-27,
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications of sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Manganj,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.

<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel Na. 235-14-84,
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications of sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was movecl by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. fl'Neill4

<br />It was moved by Mr. 0'Neill, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its assage. The affirmative vote; on said motion was as follows: Caster,

<br />It was moved by Mr. Van Zandt, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read irnmediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'IJeill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
