<br />Mr. Christman advised that he had received a request for a sidewalk to be
<br />instailed along the driveway into Clague Piayground and requested the Service
<br />Director to investigate this.
<br />Mr< Leonard requested that a sidewalk from Lorain Rd, to the North Olmsted Paf'k
<br />be considered alsoo
<br />Mro Christman requested a meeting with the Engineer to discuss the Burns, Porter,
<br />Decker storm sewer,
<br />Mr. Limpert, Chairman of the Safety Commit-tee, advised that a meeting wiil be
<br />held within the week to discuss snow remova1 on sidewalks and parking on BerkShire
<br />Dro
<br />Mr. Mangani, Chairman of the City Planning Committee, advised that the Committee
<br />recommends approval for recording purposes only Rose Tree Subdivision Noo 20
<br />Mr. Christman advised that his Committee also recommends approval of the improvement
<br />plans for Rose Tree Subdivision No. 2.
<br />The President of Council advised that he should have more information on the Outer
<br />Belt South Freeway after March 8, 1963.
<br />Resolution No. 63-41 was givent its third and final reading. A resolution,
<br />approving for record purposes only, the proposed Walter-Maple Subdivision, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. O'Neill,
<br />that the resolution be adopted as read. The affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 63-55 was given its second reading.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-56 was introduced by Mr. I_eonard. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 231-10-5
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved Iby Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Limpert,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its pass-age. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, ILeonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill,
<br />Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put
<br />upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zaindt.
