<br />Service Committee Study Ordinance No. 3065, an ordinance adopting specifications
<br />for the use of Sewage Treatment Plants in Developments, for possible revisions.

<br />The Clerk read a communication to the Service Director from the State District
<br />Sanitary Engineer concerning the Treatment Plant for Sherwood Estates.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that Ordinance No. 63-150 be
<br />reconsidered. "Yeas" Christman, Leonard, 0'Neill. "Nays" Limpert, Mangani
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Christman referred a petition from residentsof North Park Drive for a water
<br />line to the Engineer for verification.

<br />to prepare legislation approving plans and specifications for Sewage Treatment
<br />Plant for the North Park Estates Subdivision No. l. "Yeas" Christman, Leonard,

<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation approving an automobile expense for the Mayor of $700.00 per
<br />year and for the Service Director of $400.00 per year. "Yeas" Christman, Leonard,

<br />to prepare 6 resolution of necessity for the installation of sidewalks on various
<br />streets as recommended by the Public Development and Se'rvice Committee. "yeas"

<br />Mr. Limpert requested that the Finance Committee consider the recommendations
<br />of the Safety Committee for the increase in personnel and wages for the Building
<br />Department.

<br />to prepare legislation authorizingtbeNo Parking Ban on Lorain Rd. from Canterbury
<br />Rd. to Silverdale be extended west to Whitethorne. "Yeas" Christman, Leonard,

<br />Mr. Christman requested the Saf ety Committee to investigate the possibilty of
<br />controlling the access to portable swimming pools that are 4 ft. or higher as
<br />the ladders that are used for this purwoses are in most cases left unguarded
<br />thereby causing an inducement and a ha;zard to small children.
