<br />Ordinance No. 63-153 was introduced by Mr. 0'Neill. An ordinance authorizing
<br />the Mayor to enter into a contract with the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, setting
<br />forth the terms and condFtions under which the Narth 0lmsted Bus Line will
<br />furnish transportation on said Bus Line to the residents af the City of Fairvisw
<br />Park, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr,
<br />Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediatels,
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Caster, Chiristman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van
<br />Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put on
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote t:hereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,

<br />Resolution No. 63-154 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A resolution approving, for
<br />record purposes only, the proposed Re•-subdivision of part of Park Ridge Homes
<br />Subd'+vision, and declaring an emergenc:y. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster, that the statutQry rulEa be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third time<.; and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill,

<br />Ordinance No. 63-156 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance amending the
<br />traffic control map and traffic control file by designating on thermp a No
<br />Parking Zohe on a portion of Lorain Road, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immedfately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />being defeated the Ordinance was ploced on its first reading.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-157 was introduced Eiy Mr. Christman. An ordinance providing
<br />for the issuance of $26,620.00 of Borids of the City of North Olmsted, Ohia, in
<br />anticipation of the collection of special assessments heretofore levied, for the
<br />purpose of paying three notes isSued to pay for the cost and expense of constructinc
<br />certain improvements in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Ghri;;tman, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the
