It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr, <br />Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediatels, <br />the second and third times and put on its passage. It was <br />moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the statutory rule be <br />suspended and the ordinance be read immedfately the second and third times <br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />Christman, Leonard, 0'NEitl. "Nays" Gaster, Mangani, Van Zandt. The motion <br />being defeated the Ordinance was ploced on its first reading. <br />Ordinance No. 63-157 was introduced Eiy Mr. Christman. An ordinance providing <br />for the issuance of $26,620.00 of Borids of the City of North Olmsted, Ohia, in <br />anticipation of the collection of special assessments heretofore levied, for the <br />purpose of paying three notes isSued to pay for the cost and expense of constructinc <br />certain improvements in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an <br />emergency.
