<br />Ordinance No. 63-186 was introduced by Mr. 0'Neill. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />%W directing the canceilation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No, 2?1-22R50
<br />being an assessment far preparation of ptans ond Specificatioros far sanitary sewers, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. 0'Neill, seconded by Mr, Van Zandt, that
<br />the statutory rule be 5uspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said mption was as followss
<br />Caster, Chrisfiman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put on its pasSagt and the affirmat;ve
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mdngani, 0'Neill,

<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote oM said motion was as

<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read iimnediately the
