<br />Ordinance No. 63-220 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance transferring appropriatia
<br />and declaring an emorgency, it was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Manqani, that
<br />the stetutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immedlately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neiil, Thereupon the ordinance was
<br />read the second and third times and put on its passage and the affirmative vote
<br />thereon wss as foilows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-221 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the canceltetion of speciai assessments on permanent parcel No. 234-20-30
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It wes mcved by Mr. Mangani, secondad by Mr. Caster, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and pwt on its passage. The affirmakive vote on said motion was as foltows:
<br />Caster, Christmen, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0' eill. Thereupon the ordinance was
<br />read the second and third times and put on its passage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Manqani, O'Neill.
<br />R•SOlution Wo. 63-222 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. A resolution requesting permission
<br />of the State of Ohio - Department of Highways to the reHacation on Broak Park Road in
<br />the City of North Olmsted af the access driveway of the preat Northern Shopping Center
<br />from its present location to a point three hundred stxty feet west, and declaring an
<br />ensrqency. It was movid by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Q'Neili, that the resolutian
<br />be adepted as read. 7he affirmative votm on said motion was as fotlows: Caster,
<br />Chriffitman, Leanard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill.
<br />The Enqineer recommanded that an independent Engineer be hired to study the sewer
<br />servl ce ratssrgtMarthran Floyd Browne & Associ ates or the Ci ty Engi neer maki ng the
<br />study. the Mayor and Service Dlrector advised that thsy are oppoaed te the hiring of Floyd
<br />Drowne 8hC1 ASSOCi8t8S to make this survey.
<br />Mr. Mangant advised that a meeting will be held October 21, 1963 at 7:30 P.M. at
<br />City Hatl with the Public Parks, Property & aecreetion Cammittee of Council; Planning
<br />Commisston and the Junior Chamber of Commerce to discuss Rmcreationaf facitit+es.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare leglalation accepting the improvement plans for Catumbia Road Apartments.
