<br />Present were Paul J. Gareau, Mayor; Bruc.e MacDonald, President oF Counci 1; Henry
<br />Caster, Ralph Christman, James Leonard, Dewey Limpert, A.L. Mangani, Fu°ancis J. G'Ne?ll,
<br />Narman Van Zandt.
<br />Also present were L. Barnes, Service Directcyr; George Schaaf, Law Director, JamE's T.
<br />Wilson, Safety Director; Alex Kanareff, Engineer; and Louise Hall, Ck°k,
<br />Absent: William Gerlach, Finance Director
<br />Tha minutes of the meeting of October 15, 1963 were approved as written.
<br />The Mayor edvised that the Public hfearing on the route of Interstate No. 80 through
<br />North Olmsted will be held November 26, 1963 at 10:00 A.M. at rhe Community Cabdn.
<br />Resolution No. 63-214 was given its second r•eading. lt was moved by Mr. Chrostmany
<br />seconded by Mr. Mengani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the third time and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Cho°istman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Z.andt„
<br />Thereupon the resolution was read tihe third time and put on its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Manganie
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 63-215 was given its secvnd reading. It was moved by Mr. Mangani,
<br />seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be
<br />?- read immediately the third time and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />? motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Thereupon the resolution was read the third time and put on its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Manganiy
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 63-218 was given its second reading. A resolution approving the plans
<br />and specifications of a sanitary sewage disposal plant ta serve a maximum of 200
<br />connections in North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the plans for the sanitary sewage
<br />disposal plant to service North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1 be referred to the
<br />Engineer for his recommendation as to whether or not this plant should be coveo°ed
<br />"Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard9 Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-223 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the Director of Public Service to install the material necessary to c.ulvert
<br />the existing storm drainage ditch and to relocate positions thereof from Lan,sing Drive ea5t
<br />and northeast to the rear line of James E. and Laura Cooke's parcel of land which fronts
<br />on Martin Drive with all materials to be furnished by Millkap, Inc., devetopers of
<br />North Park Estate Subdivision, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christ.man,
<br />yjo?r??ijg?k?y Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinarace be read
